Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat the steak in the garlic butter.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until steak reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Stir in chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
