Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat the steak in the garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the garlic butter.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
