Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
