Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften and burst, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta, crumbled feta cheese, and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss to combine until the feta is slightly melted and coats the pasta.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash more pasta water.
- You can add other vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
