Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and pickle juice.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Stir in the fresh dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For a creamier salad, use full-fat mayonnaise.
