A simple and delicious crockpot recipe for crack chicken and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Top with softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add butter and water to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
