Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Place the wings in a single layer on the hot skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove wings from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
