Description
A classic chicken salad recipe with the sweet addition of grapes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, you can use Greek yogurt instead of some of the mayonnaise.
- Add a pinch of curry powder for a different flavor profile.
- Toasted almonds or walnuts can add a nice crunch.
