Easy to make chicken parmesan bites perfect for a snack.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken bites for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken bites in the skillet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve immediately with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture for a little heat.
