- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, condensed soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
- Top with the crushed butter crackers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried dill to the chicken mixture.
