- 12 ounces cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down in a baking dish.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the roll-ups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
