			- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Spread a generous amount of the ranch-blue cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top with cooked buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, diced celery, and diced red onion.
- Fold the tortillas to create wraps.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the buffalo sauce.
- If you don’t have ranch dressing, you can use sour cream or Greek yogurt as a base.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like tomatoes or bell peppers.
