- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the drumsticks in a large bowl and pour the spice mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the drumsticks for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching them closely to prevent burning.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your preference. Other spices like cayenne pepper or dried herbs can be added.
