A quick and easy sandwich made with ham, cheese, and bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices deli ham
- 1 slice cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Place the two slices of bread on a clean surface.
- Spread mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each slice, if using.
- Layer the ham slices on one piece of bread.
- Place the cheese slice on top of the ham.
- Top with the second slice of bread, spread-side down if applicable.
- Cut the sandwich in half, if desired.

- You can toast the bread before assembling for a warm sandwich.
