Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, green bell pepper, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier salad, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
