- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the oil mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- Place the tenderloin on the preheated grill.
- Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

- You can substitute dried herbs like thyme or rosemary for paprika if you prefer.
