- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) box graham crackers
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and cold milk until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until just combined.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crackers.
- Top with another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the second cracker layer.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use vanilla wafers instead of graham crackers for a different texture.
- For cleaner slices, run your knife under hot water before cutting.
