A simple, cold, and refreshing blended lemonade drink.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the lemon juice, water, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely to make a simple syrup. Let the syrup cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled simple syrup, ice cubes, and heavy cream or milk if using.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, increase the lemon juice by 1/4 cup and reduce the water by 1/4 cup.
- You can substitute the heavy cream with vanilla ice cream for a creamier texture.
