- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and minced garlic.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy sprouts, ensure they are dry before tossing with oil.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
