Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (about 12 inches)
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
  4. Scatter the crumbled goat cheese over the jam.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is soft.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven.
  7. Top the hot pizza with fresh arugula.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  9. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey for balsamic glaze if you prefer a sweeter topping.
  • Use a thin crust for a crispier result.
