Simple recipe for homemade breadsticks flavored with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 even strips.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of each dough strip.
- Arrange the strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown.
- While the breadsticks are still warm, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute dried minced garlic for fresh if needed, using 1/2 teaspoon.
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder to the melted butter mixture.
