- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
- Place the baking sheet on the Traeger grill and cook for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- You can add your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni or mushrooms.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
