Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread marinated steak cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kabobs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to your desired doneness and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- You can substitute other vegetables like zucchini, mushrooms, or pineapple.
