- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 8 equal strips.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Dip each dough strip into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Arrange the coated dough strips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper over the dough strips.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- These knots are best served fresh.
