Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- For a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon of water.
- This dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
