A simple and delicious pasta dish with chicken and broccoli in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
