Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers if desired.
