Description

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish over the sauce.
  7. Pour the remaining 1 cup of marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through.
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
