Ingredients
Scale
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, chocolate sauce, whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly brush both sides of the flour tortillas with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
- Drape the tortillas over the bars of your oven rack or taco holders to form a taco shell shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let them cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until well combined and fluffy.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cooled taco shells.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can bake the shells for a few extra minutes.
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
- These are best served immediately after filling.
