- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border.
- Distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Top with sliced red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add other toppings like corn, bell peppers, or jalapeños if desired.
- For a crispier crust, bake directly on the oven rack.
