- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the pot with the drained macaroni.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg.
