Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage (green and purple mix)
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrot.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
- Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, increase the apple cider vinegar by one teaspoon.
- You can substitute regular salt for celery salt if needed, but adjust the amount to taste.
