Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place the softened butter in a medium bowl.
- Add the chopped cranberries, honey, orange zest, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly until they are evenly combined.
- Place the butter mixture onto plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Roll the butter into a log shape.
- Chill the butter log in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice and serve as desired.
Notes
- Use frozen cranberries; do not thaw before chopping.
- For a smoother texture, process the ingredients in a food processor.
- This butter keeps well in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
