- 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch square.
- Place the dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- While the pretzels bake, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together in a shallow bowl.
- Remove the baked pretzel bites from the oven.
- Brush the tops of the warm pretzel bites with melted butter.
- Toss the buttered pretzel bites immediately in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use store-bought pretzel salt instead of cinnamon sugar for a savory version.
- For extra soft pretzels, cover them loosely with foil while they cool slightly.
