Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped carrots

  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken broth, shredded chicken, carrots, celery, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
