- 4 slices bread
- 4 ounces cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top each slice with two slices of cheese.
- Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the spice level.
- Use your preferred type of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.
