A simple, dairy-free frozen dessert made primarily from frozen bananas and blueberries.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons plant milk (optional, for blending)
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana slices and frozen blueberries into a strong food processor or high-powered blender.
- Process the fruit, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides.
- If the mixture is too thick to blend, add plant milk one tablespoon at a time until a smooth, soft-serve consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
Notes
- For best results, use bananas that are very ripe before freezing.
