A simple, refreshing drink made from fresh blueberries, water, and sweetener.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener, adjust to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the blueberries, water, and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp. Press the solids gently to extract liquid.
- Stir in the lime juice.
- Taste and add more sugar or water if needed.
- Serve immediately over ice.
Notes
- For a stronger blueberry flavor, let the strained liquid sit for 30 minutes before serving.
- You can substitute the sugar with agave nectar or honey.
