Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the shredded chicken in a medium bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, celery, red onion, crumbled bacon, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped tomato.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.

- Serve this salad on lettuce wraps or bread for a sandwich.
- For a tangier flavor, substitute half the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
