  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans, undrained
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the smoked sausage, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are soft. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Transfer the sausage and vegetable mixture to a large baking dish.
  4. Stir in the pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
