A simple recipe for a classic grilled cheese sandwich with added bacon.

- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheese
- 2 strips cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer cheese and bacon on top of the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
