Quick and easy recipe for tender steak bites cooked with mushrooms in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the steak cubes and mushrooms in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Place the steak and mushroom mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C).
- You can substitute sirloin with tenderloin or ribeye.
